Névada Sports in Les Gets: modernizing an institution without losing its soul

Névada Sports is the story of an iconic boutique in the heart of the Les Gets resort, passed down from generation to generation. To support the evolution of the mountain and the shift to a multi-season model, the owners wanted to renew their $205\text{ m}^2$ space without erasing the authentic character of this historic chalet.

The challenge: Winter/Summer modularity

In the mountains, square footage is precious and requirements change radically depending on the month: winter requires displaying bulky textiles (ski jackets, jumpsuits) and technical equipment, while summer demands a more airy presentation dedicated to trail running, mountain biking, and lightweight accessories.

The Mobilier By Mission solution

Our design office created a bespoke layout concept focused on total flexibility:

• Modular structures: discreet wall standards and adjustable clothing racks to switch from a "high volume" configuration to summer merchandising in minutes.

• High-end enhancement: podiums and gondolas combining wood and steel to highlight outdoor equipment while maintaining the warm atmosphere of the chalet.

• Fluid customer journey: clarifying traffic zones to naturally guide visitors from technical equipment to textile collections.

To avoid impacting the boutique's operations, the construction phase had to be minimal. After taking measurements and completing 3D studies, all furniture was manufactured in our Meyzieu workshops. Our installation teams arrived on-site for a complete assembly carried out in 3 days of work.
