Brief, Survey & Preliminary Design

Site visit with laser measurement, flow analysis, and development of an initial 3D concept to scale with mood boards. First consultation session to refine the overall vision.

Adjustments, Final Project & Validation

Design refinement, budgetary scoping, and delivery of final HD 3D visuals with execution plans. Validation of the firm quote to give the green light for the start of production.

File Tracking & Manufacturing in Meyzieu

Forwarding to the internal design office, custom machining in our workshops, and ongoing coordination between the client, the project manager, and our factory.

Installation & Post-Construction Follow-up

Full on-site delivery and assembly performed by our own teams without subcontracting. Site handover, quality control, and post-opening support.

What documents are required to start my project?

To begin your study, our designers will need to get to know you and learn as much as possible about your project; here is a list of items that will be valuable to us:

Dimensioned floor plans or sketches of the premises (DWG, PDF, or hand-drawn format).
Some photos or videos of the current space.
Your requirements (types of products to be displayed, seasonality, stock, exhibition).
Your preferences (mood board, trends, design).
Your technical constraints (location of water inlets, electrical panel, display windows).
Your brand guidelines and logos (if you have them).

How long does the 3D design take and how do I schedule my installation date?

We work using reverse scheduling starting from your desired installation date on site:

On-site installation (D-Day): the deadline set for the opening of your point of sale.
Manufacturing & Logistics (D-4 to D-6 weeks): the time required to manufacture the furniture in our workshops and arrange transport.
3D Study & Validation (D-6 to D-8 weeks): completing your study takes 20 days on average from the receipt of your documents.

Ordering your study at least 2 months before the target installation date allows you to secure your schedule without risking any delays on site.

What happens if the dimensions of my space change or if I wish to test other furniture finishes?

That is precisely the role of this study phase. Whether it involves correcting the exact dimensions of your space or testing different combinations of wood, steel structures, and color shades, we evolve the modeling. We refine the file alongside you until the project is 100% reliable, technically validated, and perfectly adjusted to your budget before launching production.
