The premises must be accessible and cleared as much as possible of rubble or bulky items to allow for laser measurements. If the premises are empty, simply ensure that you have the keys and access to the technical rooms.
Ordering your study at least 2 months before the target installation date allows you to secure your schedule without risking any construction delays.
